A great exhibition not to miss at the Sultan Gallery called Taebooq by photographer Deema Al-Ghunaim. Looking at various architecture from the 60′s in Kuwait in a study format. From the 5th to the 7th of January. Details of opening hours and address here and details about Deema here.

Some of my collage panoramic photographie photos.
These are 25 continious snaps while I basicly stand at a fixed point and take continuous snaps as i am turning 360 degrees, Â then manually merge & arrange the pictures together to create a 360 degree panoramic like images.

Stealing an idea and modifying it is one thing, but copying a look and make an identical version of it is something else.

I did these tilt shift effects on Photoshop, there is an easy technique to create, tilt shift photography like pictures. Tilf shift photography creates a fake miniature depth to a photo.
I did not take this pictures, I have only made the effects on them. The credits for the photos goes respectively.
Tilt shift photography is interesting. Basically, what the (special) lens does is makes the background closer then it is in reality, to the foreground, which make the over all picture look like its a toys set, it makes people and cars look like miniatures. Apparently, not so long ago in London, there was someone going around, finding posters, cutting out the heads of the people in the posters and modifying them so that they look like they have been decapitated. Freaky but fun.
