I love Al-Hamra tower. Its very inspiring. It was recently featured on Build it Bigger TV show on Discover Channel which was a pretty cool and interesting episode to watch with lots of information to learn about this majestic tower. A great exhibition not to miss at the Sultan Gallery called Taebooq by photographer Deema Al-Ghunaim. Looking at various architecture from the 60′s in Kuwait in a study format. From the 5th to the 7th of January. Details of opening hours and address here and details about Deema here.

The Kuwait National Assembly building (also known as the parliament) was designed by the same architect who did The Sydney Opera House, in Australia, Jørn Oberg Utzon from Denmark.
This is the video presentation for the Master Plans for the 2016 Olympic games which are going to be held at Rio. Its nice to see that all the venues are going to be held in 4 different parts of Rio, all connected with a high-tech transport mode (trains and other mediums).
