Kebbe is a minced meat based dish with wheat and Ehden (a city in Northern Lebanon) has entered the Guinness Book of World Records by doing the largest kebbe plate, in the world.
The kebbe plate is a circular 20 squere meter, made with 120 kilos of mince! It looks like mud to me, but it certainly, tastes good.
