Ripailles

Posted March 8th by Patrick Semaan in Books & Literature, Food & Drinks

Ripailles, by Stephane Reynaud is becoming a very popular cooking book , filled with traditional French recipes some of which are popular and some that are not, which are great to discover. It is packed with great images and illustrations and lots of cooking information which makes it a really nice book to use as a French cooking reference, or to browse for inspiration or even, just for entertainment.

Another thing I love about the book is the fact that it has a lot recipes from Lyon, the city I grew up in, in France.
If you like traditional French cuisine, this book is a must have. Buy it from Amazon.

The Lyonnaise cooking is what made me fall in love with this book, just like how I fell in love with the Lyonnaise in you! ;)
